I really think this is valuable information. I always struggle to find a way to get my students to effectively reflect on their experiences in an enjoyable way. Although I will say I find it so important to provide closure to the year for my student groups. Recognizing accomplishments and providing small "tokens of appreciation" are so important in helping your members feel like they were part of something important.

Agreed on the introspection. Tim really provided a fresh way of looking at evaluation of the student leader experience that can be useful for #1 the student, and #2 meeting outcomes for the experience we are providing as a supervisor.

Great idea Debra. I am thinking of sending this along to some of the resident student government kids I work with. A little introspection can go a long way.
